Standard - Armaturen sind Automatenstahl, bichromatisiert.

Bitte erfragen Sie Sonderarmaturen, die hier nicht aufgeführt sind.

Sicherheitshinweise für alle Schlauchleitungen

Nicht knicken und den Biegeradius unbedingt einhalten. Keine Verdreh- oder Zugspannungen einwirken lassen. Nur von Castan zugelassene Adaptoren, Reduzierstücke usw. verwenden.	Schlauchleitungen nicht als Zugteil verwenden, um Geräte zu heben oder zu ziehen. Für chemische Beständigkeit wird auf einschlägige Resistenztabellen verwiesen. Die Leitungen regelmäßig inspizieren.
Da der Einsatz der Schläuche außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegt, können wir für einen Schaden, der durch unsachgemäßen Einsatz entsteht, keine Haftung anerkennen.

Wir behalten uns vor, die technischen Informationen im Interesse von Produktverbesserungen zu ändern.

Safety Notes for all Hose Assemblies

DO NOT kink the hose assembly or exceed
is minimum recommended bend radius.

DO NOT torsionally strees.

DO NOT use couplings our methods of
attachment of couplings to the hose
other than those expressly made,
recommended or spedified by Castan.

DO NOT use the hose assembly as strength member
such as, for example, to pull or lift equipment.

DO NOT convey fluids thourght the hose assembly
or expose the jacket or any other part of the hose
to fluids which have not been priorly apprved by
Castan either through its literature pertaining to this
hose of, if absent therefrom, b< express approval
of Castan.

INSPECT the hose assembly periodically.

Bemerkungen: Typ W 1 ist spiral- gewellt und hat dadurch eine sehr gute selbstreinigende Wirkung.

                           Typ WF ist parallel- gewellt und ist dadurch geringfügig flexibler
                             Die Seele besteht aus PFA / TFA und hat ähnliche, teilweise bessere Eigenschaften
                             wie PTFE. Dieser Schlauchtyp ist um etwa 25% leichter als der Typ W 1.
                             Alle Typen sind mit Glasseide verstärkt.

                   * Oben angegebene Werte basieren auf einem Temperaturbereich von -54°C bis +200°C
                          / -65° F bis +392°F. Arbeitsdrucke sind von verschiedenen Faktoren abhängig;
                          Dynamisch oder statischer Druck, Medium, Temperatur etc.

Notes: Type W1 is spiral- convoluted and, therefore, have a very good self-cleaning effect.

                          Type WF is parallel- convoluted, offering greater flexibility.
                          The liner is manufactured from PFA / TFA which has similar, to some extent better,
                          properties as PTFE. This type is about 25 % lighter than typ W 1.
                          All types are re-inforced with woven glass cloth.

                      * Above values apply to temperature range of -54°C to +200°C / -65° F to +392° F.
                         Working pressures are dependent on operating conditons i.e. dynamic or static
                         pressure, media, temperature, etc.

Diese hochwertigen PTFE-Wellschläuche sind mit einer Klöppellage aus rostfreiem Edelstahldraht versehen.

Die Schläuche eigenen sich ideal für den Einsatz von Flüssigkeiten und Gasen, für chemische Medien,
Dampf, Luft, Wasser und als Saugschläuche und sind aufgrund der Konstruktion druck- und abriebsicher
und zeichnen sich durch extrem kleine Biegeradien aus.

Standard- und Spezialarmaturen sind in verschiedenen Werkstoffen lieferbar:
Temperaturbeständigkeit ist normalerweise von -70° C bis +260° C,
richtet sich aber nach Medien- und Druckverhältnissen.

These high-class, high-performance PTFE- Convoluted Transfer Hoses have one outer layer of stainless
steel braiding.

This Type of hose is ideal für fluid an gas systens, chemical transfer, steam air, water, solvents and suction
applications. The hoses is crush-, kink- and abrasive resistant and offers an excellent minimal bend radius.

Standarf and Special endfittings are available in various grades of steel.
Normal temperature range is -70° C to + 260° C but depends on transfer medium and working pressure.
